Departures to camp will be at 9:00 AM from the Promenade parking lot; located on the corner of Bathurst and Centre.


Baggage Drop-off will occur at 8:30 AM the day BEFORE your camper’s scheduled departure at the same respective location (Promenade P.L.)


* Please note that your camper will not be permitted to board the bus to camp if his / her baggage hasn’t been delivered.

* Please note that any food brought to camp must be labelled COR and peanut-free.


TERMS OF PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Cash accompanied by Registration & Medical forms. All outstanding balances are due in full by May 30, 2008.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Until May 1, 2008 - $750.00 Administration fee is charged. After May 1, 2008 - 50% of all camp fees are forfeited.
