Kayaking, Canoeing, Sailing,
& Windsurfing
Our sessions are lead by well trained waterfront
staff. These sessions are limited to areas close
to the camp grounds. The basic skills and
safety involved incontrolling these fun and
maneuverable watercrafts are first taught
on land and then perfected out on the lake.
Campers will learn the necessary canoeing
techniques such as balance and paddling.
Sailing lessons will include rudder steering
andcatching thewind with sail.
Wakeboarding, Water Skiing,
& Tubing
Your camper will learn how to do a deep water
wakeboard start, which foot forward,front side and back side tips and
tricks,gear care and more. Water skiing and tubing will involve our
brand new ski boats. Your camper will learn essential balancing
techniques, crossing the wakes, hand signals and getting up on two
skis that will enable a betterskiing experience.
Fishing & Pontoon
Fishing is enjoyed by all campers young and old. Campers are taught
a variety of fishing skills. Campers learn how to bait their hooks, drop
a line, cast and set up their poles. Take a load off and enjoy our Water
Pontoon,as we take your camper around to explore the beauty of Roblin
Lake.
Swimming
At Torolago swimming is held in high regard. Your camper will learn
instructional swim every day. Our swim program provides Canadian
Red Cross swim lessons for beginners through advanced levels. All of our
swimstaff are certified life guards. They teach a variety of fun methods
including games and actvities to help your camper learn correct swim
techniques more effectively.
Water Trampoline
Jump Up, Jump Up, Jump up and get down. Located on Roblin Lake, with
a water slide and deck, campers have an opportunity to create games in a
fun safe and supervised environment. How high can you jump?
Snorkeling
Swimming at the surface of a body of water campers will be equipped with
a diving mask, and snorkel along with swim fins. Swim & enjoy the beauty
of the underwater in its natural setting.
