The first thing to do when entering the condo is to unplug the cameras.

• There are 6 lamp cameras:

  • 2 in the pool area

  • 1 in the kitchen

  • 1 on the computer desk

  • 1 in the living room

  • 1 in the garage

  • You can also unplug the Ring camera in the laundry room.

• Please plug them back in after your stay. 

Turn up the air conditioner if you do not like sweating!

• There is a thermostat on the main floor and another one upstairs. 

Feel free to use any food or beverages that we have in the condo, but please leave at least 1 case of water in the fridge when you leave.

The pool and hot tub are set for 80°F.  If you want it any warmer, use the control panel in the kitchen. 

Please keep it in 'Pool Mode' unless you’re using the hot tub. 

• When finished using the hot tub, please return it to 'Pool Mode' on the control panel. 

There are pool floats in the courtyard closet along with an electric air pump if needed.

Car keys and the keyfob to the community pool and workout room are hanging in the laundry room. 

If you’re using our car, you can enter from either community entrance. The car has an RFID sticker tag tucked on the lower corner of the dashboard that will open the gates automatically.  Just leave it where it is and the gate will read the tag when you pull up to it.

There is a garage door opener in the car for the house, located above the driver’s visor.

The car has a SunPass installed — Florida's electronic toll system that automatically charges tolls to a prepaid account, so you never have to stop and pay cash. It covers all toll roads, bridges, and other spots labeled for SunPass, so you can just drive straight through without worrying about tolls.

The smaller TV in the wooden cabinet has BlueStream Cable.

• BlueStream Cable is also available in the master bedroom.

There is also a Samsung Smart TV on a cart that can be moved/wheeled around.

• If moving the cart, please move it carefully to avoid the cart tipping and ensure you have it on stable ground before using!

Streaming services include: 

• Prime Video, Peacock, Paramount+, YouTube TV, Hulu and Apple TV

In the top of the wooden cabinet there is a whole-home and outdoor sound system.

• There is a small box next to the stereo that has the speaker locations labeled if you'd like to change what speakers are on.

• There are also volume dials in different rooms to adjust how loud certain rooms play the sound.

  • Make sure you keep the outside speakers loud if you are trying to have a party by the pool!

• You should be able to play any local radio stations through the stereo.

• You can also pair a Bluetooth device to the stereo to play your own music!

  • However, the range is not the best so if your device is outside by the pool it may skip-out a little. Leaving the device inside near the stereo will fix this problem.

Garbage day is on Friday, so it you’re there then, please put the cans at curb on Thursday evening. 

If you happen to miss garbage day, please just drive to the clubhouse and dump it in the dumpster by the tennis courts, and then run or drive away very fast!  Just kidding. 

Please do not leave any garbage in the condo.  If you have garbage to throw out, please bag it and throw it in the dumpster by the tennis courts. 

Clean all the dishes or put them in the dishwasher and turn on dishwasher before you leave.

Make sure pool is set for 80°F and that it’s in 'Pool Mode'.

Turn the air conditioner to 76°F on both thermostats.

Leave fans running in the kitchen and living room.

Make sure there is a case of water in the fridge.

Strip beds that you used and leave bedding in a pile on the bed. 

Leave car keys and fobs hanging in the laundry room.

Plug in all cameras!

Lock all the doors!  Make sure the garage/laundry room door shuts (it tends to open if not pulled all the way closed).

Make sure all lights are turned off.
